Led by Hessen Minister of State for Economy, Mr. Tarek Al-Wazir, a delegation of around 45 representatives of German creative companies in the advertising, music, film/TV and architecture, came to London in May 2017. Unter contract from Hessen Trade & Invest, I organised the UK side of the trip; identifying and liaising with suitable host organisations (including London & Partners, Saatchi & Saatchi and Perseverance Works), organising a networking evening with 150 attendees and logistics.
Under contract from the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Bayern International, I organised the UK side of a two day delegation trip, focusing on urban planning, architecture, and mobility. This involved a visit for the 40 German participants to the Greenwich peninsular with a presentation, recruiting 100 British participants for a half day conference, an evening reception for 200 and arranging a visit to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park during legacy construction.
As part of the InnoTrain CSR project, I identified a best practice example from UK. Pritchard Englefield, a medium size solicitors in London, were chosen due to their outstanding CSR policy within the local community. I liaised between Pritchard Englefield and the German video production team to highlight their corporate philosophy and secured interviews with key personnel.
